QUANG BINH (VNS)— A Chinese seaman was saved by a Vietnamese fishing vessel captained by Nguyen Trong Hieu from the central province of Quang Binh on July 27.
The distressed sailor was found exhausted and floating in Vietnamese waters.
Zheng Zuba from China’s Hainan Province was given medical treatment and the Department of Foreign Affairs in Quang Binh is completing procedures for him to be handed over to China.
